Paul Ohls is a three-time Chief Revenue Officer whose experience spans from pre-revenue founding team, all the way to conducting a successful IPO and ~$1B in Annual Recurring Revenue. His experience spans the worlds of large enterprise models, as well as Product Led Growth (PLG) and the emerging world of AI and agentic-based offering.

 

Most recently Paul was the CRO of Airtable, an AI-powered no-code software provider. He led all customer-facing functions and reported directly to the CEO. Upon his joining, Airtable was at $300m ARR and is currently tracking towards ~$600m by end of 2026. His focus at Airtable was to implement an enterprise motion to augment the existing PLG motion, while layering on the newest advancements in AI-assisted GTM programs. This resulted in a doubling of ASP, a 7 point increase in customer retention and growing from 24 customers paying $1m+ annually in 2024, to over 40 in a 2-year period.

 

Prior to Airtable, Paul was the CRO of Sprinklr (NYSE: CXM) where he led all GTM functions including Sales, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Managed Services and all post-sales functions. Paul joined Sprinklr in 2018 as the SVP, Americas in which his responsibilities included driving revenue growth across North America and Latin America. During his tenure Sprinklr grew from $250m - $800m ARR, and had an initial public offering in June 2021.

 

Previous to Sprinklr, Paul was the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of Tenfold, a real-time customer experience platform, where he was recruited by their Series A investor (a16z) to build the go-to-market strategy. Tenfold was acquired by LivePerson in 2021.

 

Previous experience includes his role as SVP of Americas Sales for Fuze (acquired by 8x8 in 2021) and led the Central US sales team at Medallia (IPO 2019) a leader in the Customer Experience Management software space. Paul has also been an early employee at companies such as Lattice Engines (acquired by D&B) and FreeMarkets (acquired by Ariba) throughout his 20+ year tenure in the technology space.

 

Paul holds a degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University and resides in Austin, TX
